Walkersons Country House is situated just outside Dullstroom, a village known for its trout fishing, en route to the Kruger National Park. Accommodation at Walkersons Country House ranges from ultimate luxury and elegance to farm stays with an informal country feel.
All bedrooms have wonderful lake views, are very private and afford visitors every comfort including fireside armchairs, a well stocked mini bar and television. Guests will enjoy excellent cuisine accompanied by a fine selection of wines served by attentive staff.
Lake facing thatched suites feature open log fireplaces, extra-length king-size beds, private writing desk, TV and telephone as well as a fully equipped drinks cabinet. En-suite is a full bathroom and separate shower, heater and heated towel rail.

This suite has a large bedroom with king-size extra-length double bed and beautiful couches. En-suite is a large bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and vanity. Satellite TV but no fireplace or telephone. Cellphone reception is available.
Recreation at Walkersons Country House
Walkersons offers the opportunity to indulge in gentle country pursuits such as beautiful forest and river walks, as well as walking trails into the nature reserve inhabited by indigenous game, birdlife and prolific flowers. All necessary equipment is provided for fly fishermen at a nominal fee to try their luck for rainbow trout in several kilometres of private river or one of the many lakes.
Special fly tying and instruction can be arranged at short notice and guides are available to escort guests around the Walkersons waters. Conservation is encouraged with the return to water of landed fish. A normal charge will be made for fish killed.
Walkersons also boasts excellent conference facilities for groups from 10 to 150 and a charming 30-seat wedding chapel.
